We understand that within this site, not all questions may be answered. Here we have attempted to answer the most commonly asked. If you have question we have failed to include, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

I cannot find my club? Generally, if you are unable to find your club it will be because we do not purchase it. Where an item simply is not worth the handling, we do not apply a price to it. If you believe it's an item we really should be buying, please contact us and we would be more than happy to review it.

Why are you not offering anything for left handed or ladies clubs? We will be adding this in the near future. However the range will be more limited purely down to the market demand for the product which on the whole are over-produced.

How do I log in to see the progress of my trade-in or my trade-in history? If you click the 'my account' button in the menu bar, you will be taken to a user account section. When you submit your email address, a link will be sent to you email address providing access.

When do I get paid and how? You will be paid within 2 working days of us receiving the club/s. When you lock a quote in, you will have provided us with an email address with which we pay you through Paypal. Alternatively you will have provided us with bank details with which we will pay you via bank transfer. Both of these processes are typically immediate but can take up to 3 days depending on your banking provider.

What if the condition of the club is better or worse than my locked-in quote? Promptly after we have received your club/s, we will inspect it and if anything in not as expected you will receive a notification from us. This will be via email and there will be an option to accept the revised quote or decline it. If you decline it, we ship the club back to you.

How can I be sure I select the correct condition? The list we provide is a guide and condition is always a little subjective. If you are unsure, we do appraise honestly and will upgrade condition as well as downgrade where necessary.

Can I come and drop my clubs off to you? No, we do not operate a store. Instead we work with pro shops and golf clubs who can offer our system to their membership for in-store credit and trade-in.

How can I get my golf club offering your buyback solution? We are here to help and the process is incredibly easy to have our portal on your golf club / pro shop website supporting an in-store credit programme.
